All course registrations must be received at least 7 days prior to the course date, however, there is limited seating for all sessions as such you are encouraged to apply early. All course fees, unless otherwise arranged, are due at the time of registration or the seat will not be reserved. All cancellations or request for refunds must be made in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to the course date and are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 7 days notice or course absence. There is a $25.00 processing fee assessed for all NSF transactions.
Rural/Metro reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation, course fees will be refunded or transferred to another course date at Rural/Metro’s expense.
