Holiday Pay
- 1 ½x Hourly Rate: New Years Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is based on years of service and actual hours worked. The average employee who works 40-hours per week will earn:
- 1 year: 2 weeks
- 5 years: 3 weeks
- 15 years: 4 weeks
